Currently we have openings for the following positions

 

Project Architect:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered architect

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant built work experience

  • Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up Adobe Suites, and Microsoft Office Suites

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (accredited degree program required)

  • Architectural license preferred

  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor others

  • Ability to create concept designs

  • Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process

  • Construction management experience is preferred

  • Construction administration experience is preferred

  • Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional client service orientation and relationship building skills

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Work closely with the project principal, project designer and project manager in each phase of the project delivery process

  • Responsible for leading a project team through the coordination and delivery of project detailing and documentation. Oversee work of junior and intern architects

  • Responsible for coordination of engineering and other consultants

  • Contribute to all aspects and phases of the architectural design process

  • Assist in creating project schedules and budgets

  • Attend project meetings

  • Maintain and organize project files

  • Travel to and from project and client meetings as required

Architectural Staff I non-licensed

·        A minimum of 2 years of experience

·        Strong Revit skills and experience in design and construction documents

·        The ideal candidate will have relevant built work experience

·        intermediate technical project detailing and documentation skills

·        Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up Adobe Suites, and Microsoft Office Suites

·        Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (accredited degree program required)

·        Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

·        Ability to create concept designs

·        Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process

·        Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills

 

Responsibilities may include:

Interior Designer 

·        1 to 5 years of experience

·        Bachelor of Arts, Interior Design degree required, preferred from a CIDA Accredited program

·        Professional NCIDQ licensure preferred, NCIDQ licensure eligibility required

·        Proficiency in Revit strongly preferred

·        Experience with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred

·        Microsoft Office Suite experience required

·        LEED Accredited Professional a plus

​Responsibilities may include:

·        Participate in the creation and execution of conceptual design of a project with creativity, foresight, and  initiative to achieve project requirements and           design objectives.

·        Maintain knowledge of current trends and technologies in interior design, materials, and furniture, especially public use furnishings.

·        Participate in creating finish palettes, material selections, architectural woodwork designs, and client presentations.

·        Assist in advancing interior design quality for projects, including finish selection and specifications with multiple project teams.

·        Assist in the creation and coordination of construction documents with a focus on interior elevations, custom architectural woodwork, floor and                     reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, and interior details.

·        Organize and support furnishing design services, including: planning, selection and specification; competitive bid document preparation; procurement            and installation oversight.

·        Maintain relationships with manufacturer representatives, interiors library maintenance, samples organization, and returns.

·        Work closely with lead interior designer, project principal, and project manager in each phase of project delivery process.
